Course Aim:
The course is designed for employees who drive a motor vehicle on graded roads in the Sultanate of Oman .
Course Content:
- To understand the pre-trip vehicle inspection requirements before driving on a graded road.
- To understand the various aspects of driving on graded roads.
- To be able to understand the causes and mitigation of vehicle rollover
- To understand graded road hazards.
- To be able to understand dust clouds and the dust code for driving on graded roads.
- To understand graded road driving rules and requirements.
Who Should Attend?
The course is designed for employees who drive a motor vehicle on graded roads in the Sultanate of Oman .
Pre- Requisites
- Valid Royal Oman police License
- Minimum age 21
- 3 years light or heavy vehicle driving experience
- HSE Passport or HSE induction certificate or HSE Orientation.
Assessment
Underpinning knowledge Observation, Questions, Demonstration, Simulation, and Practical.
